Shipping policy

PROCESSING

Please allow 48-72 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.) All orders are subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been fulfilled.  Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number.  Please note the tracking number will update once it has been received and in transit with the carrier service.

SHIPPING

Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping.  To ensure packages arrive in a timely manner, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information.  Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries.  BMK Threads & Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages.  Once a package has left our warehouse, and in the hands of the carrier service we have no control over the package.
